The menu features beloved classics, including bacalao a la tranca (a hearty salt cod stew with peppers and garlic), slow-braised rabo de toro (tender oxtail in a rich wine sauce), and hearty berzas malagueñas (traditional Malaga cabbage and chickpea stew), alongside inventive signature creations.
House specialities include the popular Presa Entrevarales (their signature take on Iberian pork), Pulpo Entrevarales (octopus prepared with the restaurant’s unique twist) and their renowned Rosca Entrevarales sandwich.
